Taking good care of your teeth
Healthy straight white teeth can give you a beautiful smile that lasts a lifetime. Your personal brushing and flossing care plays an important role in achieving this goal. You can start by eating balanced meals, reducing snacks, and using dental aids that help control plaque and bacteria that cause dental disease.
Brushing – Brush your teeth 3 times a day (if possible). If you can’t 3 times, brush mornings and at bed time with a soft bristle brush or electric toothbrush and good toothpaste.
Flossing – Flossing is very important to clean between the teeth and under the gumline, also it disrupts plaque colonies from building up, preventing damage to the gums, teeth, and bone.
